MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Northern State University men’s golf team finished up their participation at the Cobber Invite, hosted by Concordia-Moorhead on Saturday and finished with a team score of 605 over the two-day event to finish in fifth place.
Freshman
Curry Kuehl led the squad with his two-round total of 149 that placed him in a tie for 14th place overall. Junior
Alex Osowski was the next highest Wolves finisher with a score of 152 that put him in a tie for 24th place with teammate
Jordan Weisbeck. Brandon Sipe finished with a 155 to place 35th overall, and
Nick Sipe finished with a 157 to finish in a tie for 37th.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Northern State University finished up their busy men’s golf weekend with a fourth place finish at the Augustana Fall Invitational Monday. The par-72 tournament was held at Prairie Green Golf Course in Sioux Falls, S.D.
Freshman Curry Kuehl once again led the squad with a one-over score of 145 which placed him fifth overall out of 59 competitors. Jordan Weisbeck was next in line with a four-over 148 that placed him in a tie for ninth place overall. Nick Sipe shot a 155 (t-25th), Brandon Sipe shot a 162 (43rd), and Alex Osowski and Tanner Waage both shot 165’s (t-47th) to round out the Wolves finishers.

Northern State University is an NCAA Division II affiliated school participating in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and is located in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
